A STRETCH of the M5 in Worcestershire is closed after a crash in which a lorry overturned.
The inicdent happened last night on the northbound carriageway.
The stretch shut is between Junction 6 (Worcester) and Junction 5 (Droitwich) due to a collision involving an overturned lorry.
Emergency services, recovery and traffic officers attended to the scene.
A complex recovery took place through the night and barrier repairs are being carried out.
Congestion stretches longer than two miles and drivers are urged to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
