CRISP lovers have called on Walkers to reconsider after the snack giant confirmed it had axed its Worcester Sauce flavour.
The crunch came on Monday when a social media plea to the company on Twitter – now known as X – saw the company confirm it was no longer part of their range.
Spurred on by a lack of availability of the taste of Worcestershire, fans have inundated Walkers with queries.
One said: “Is it just me that’s noticed but I’ve not seen these in my local shop/supermarket for a while now @walkers_crisps can I still get them??”
Earlier this week the company’s social media department responded by saying the flavour was ‘no longer part of our range.’
And hopes of a comeback appear slim as Walkers confirmed earlier today (Friday) the range had been discontinued last year.
