HIGHWAYS chiefs have revealed a pair of busy Worcester roads will be closed overnight this week.
Both Newtown Road and Midland Road will see overnight closures for resurfacing work from 7pm until 6am the following morning.
Newtown Road will be closed overnight on Wednesday (July 19) and Thursday (July 20) between Midland Road and Sherriff Street beneath the railway tunnel.
Meanwhile Midland Road will be closed on Friday (July 21) – again from 7pm to 6am – up to Tallow Hill.
The footpaths on both roads will be open throughout.
