SANCTUARY Supported Living has been awarded gold accreditation by Investors in People
A national, not-for-profit, Worcester-based, supported housing provider, which provides supported living services, retirement communities and technology enabled living, has been awarded an Investor’s in People accreditation for the second time and retains gold standard until 2025.
The accreditation followed an unbiased and independent assessment of its people practices, and outcomes.
All Sanctuary Supported Living staff had the opportunity to share their thoughts, feelings, and opinions.
The report highlighted that there is a “shared passion in delivering high-quality, person-centred services that many take pride in being part of Sanctuary Supported Living”,
“Strong values have been refreshed and brought a stronger focus on inclusion, teamwork, and empowerment. Many people commented that the culture is a significant factor that keeps them at Sanctuary or attracted them to apply for a role.”
