A WORCESTER performing arts school has seen the curtain raise on a rebrand ahead of a packed programme of events.
All Sorts of Performing Arts, based at Medway Community Centre, has been providing the local community and schools with amazing opportunities and has received 100 per cent pass rate for all examinations the students have taken over the last nine years.
Recently students have been performing on a regular basis to local care homes with two performances of Red Riding Hood and a showcase.
A three-week summer programme and a live Performance of Scroooooge! taking place in December which will also tour around our local care homes are among the events on the programme for 2023.
Principal Stuart Inglis said: “It has been an extremely difficult time during Covid and now with the current energy crisis we want everyone to be able to access the Performing Arts and are continuing to apply for funding to enable students to receive these opportunities.
“Currently with the rebrand of the school we have redesigned the company logo, introduced a new uniform, have guest workshops with industry professionals and a brand new website and programme of classes will be available from April.
“The exterior of our studio building is to be repainted over the summer with new signage to follow. Last year we were so thrilled to receive the Midlands Enterprise award for Most Dedicated Community Youth Performing Arts Organisation 2022”.
