TEMPORARY traffic lights on a busy city road will be removed this morning, Severn Trent has confirmed
Water leak repairs at Lowesmoor Terrace at the bottom of Rainbow Hill are now complete.
The lights should be removed by 10.30am according to Worcestershire Highways and Travel on Twitter
