A RALLYING call for new members had been issued by Worcester u3a ahead of its annual Groups’ Fair on August 27.
Membership has declined after the pandemic and organisers hope the fair will inspire people to find out more about u3a.
U3a is open to people who are retired or semi-retired and the Worcester group offers activities such as art, crafts, walking, bridge, jazz and even pickleball.
Members pay an annual charge of £35 and can then participate in as many group activities as they wish, at no further charge.
