A BROMYARD man has been charged following an incident on New Road in Worcester.
Adam Smith, 29, of Dry Thistle Close, has been charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
It follows an incident in the early hours of yesterday morning (Tuesday)
He has been bailed to appear at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on June 16.
