AN EXCITING new addition has opened its doors at Crowngate Shopping Centre.
Art is A’rt The Gallery offer a wide and vibrant range of contemporary art by established, internationally renowned and local emerging artists. The gallery is owned and run by artists who understand people’s love of all things art.
Having launched initially in Redditch, the gallery quickly outgrew the space due to its popularity in the area and a bigger premise was needed to create an environment that would support their needs for the future.
This was in order to offer services beyond selling artworks only and needing space for an open artist’s studio, along with offering space for art classes. There new location at Crowngate was always the desired location from the start.
Michael Lloyd, centre manager at Crowngate Shopping Centre, said: “We are pleased to welcome Art is A’rt The Gallery to Crowngate. Art is A’rt The Gallery is a shop with a difference and is a brilliant addition to the centre. At Crowngate we are always looking for innovative ways to use space within the centre to offer more to our shoppers.”
Dermot O’Connor, art curator for Art is A’rt The Gallery, added: “We are excited to have found our home in Worcester. We hope to reach new audiences and give anyone who may be interested in the arts an opportunity to bring it into their lives”
