A MAN has been charged with driving offences after an incident on the A449 near junction 6 of the M5.
Dreece Dayil, 25, of All Saints Road, Wolverhampton, was charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving, driving without valid insurance, driving while disqualified, assaulting an emergency worker and obstructing police.
He is due to appear at Worcester Crown Court on October 18.
The charges relate to an incident on Friday (September 17).
