A TEENAGER has been charged with two counts of wounding, possession of an offensive weapon and possession of cannabis following an incident in Worcester.
The 16-year-old was arrested after the incident near Quay Street, Worcester on Friday (June 4) at about 9pm.
Two 18-year-old were taken to hospital with potentially ‘life-changing’ facial injuries after the attack
