Worcester Editorial 24th May, 2021 Updated: 24th May, 2021   0

THE WOMAN who went missing from Ombersley on Saturday has been found safe and well.

West Mercia Police have confirmed the news about Amanda Hull this afternoon.

The 38-year-old had not been seen since Saturday morning when she visited Haye Lane, Ombersley.

She had gone to collect her horse and then onto Hadley Stables but she never made it.

The discovery of her bag and phone led to her friends and family fearing the worst and an appeal to find her and search was launched.

Police officers were joined by volunteers to search areas of Ombersley and the Lido Park in Droitwich, where there had been a reported sighting.

There was no news still this morning on Amanda’s whereabouts and a designated Facebook group set up as part of the search gained more than 10,000 members in lest than 24 hours.

But police have just revealed she is now safe and well and thanked everyone who shared the appeal online.
