WORCESTER’s historic Royal Porcelain Works has become the latest addition to GJS Dillon’s property asset management portfolio.
GJS Dillon’s Property Asset Management Team is set to provide a full service for the commercial elements of the Royal Porcelain Works known as site A and Site C.
Site A, which equates to circa 10,000 sq ft over two floors, is currently fully let with tenants including Goodroots and Ecrubox.
Site C, which equates to circa 14,000 sq ft across two linked buildings – also known as Severn House and Painting House – has recently come to the market with GJS Dillon’s agency team and is proving to be very popular. The ground floor of both buildings has now been let with two other suites on the first floor under offer.
The instruction came about from a further collaboration between the Worcestershire commercial property consultancy’s Agency and Property Asset Management teams. The Agency team was instructed to market the site in June after its client finished the redevelopment of the site.
