Tips on life in lockdown offered on website

Worcester Editorial 2nd Nov, 2020   0

COUNTY health chiefs have reminded residents of a dedicated wellbeing web page to keep well during the imminent Covid-19 lockdown.

Worcestershire County Council’s Here 2 Help has a dedicated wellbeing webpage to help people maintain their wellbeing whilst staying at home.

The webpage gives advice on how to ditch the albeit tempting pyjama days and maintain the regular structure which helps us all to keep going.

Tips and tricks on how to occupy yourself with activities to keep your mind and body active, including crafts, puzzles and exercise is among the information on offer.

Coun John Smith, cabinet member for Health and Wellbeing said: “Our webpage is the go-to resource to help you look after yourself whilst staying at home.

“Remember, you can go outside if safe to do so to do regular exercise which is really important to ensure you are looking after your wellbeing.”
