DRUGS were discovered in a secret compartment of a car stopped on the M5 near Worcester, police have revealed.
Undercover police cars swooped to box in the silver Volkswagen Tiguan on the M5 between Junction 7 and 8 shortly before 10pm on Friday (June 26).
The vehicle was searched by officers and a police dog where a secret compartment containing a quantity of drugs was uncovered by the canine during the search.
It is believed the drugs were being transported via the busy motorway network into Gloucester. The occupants of the car were detained and dealt with according to officers.
