MEET little Harry Pearson and Isla Worthington-Candlin who were among the first babies to be photographed in this year’s Worcester Observer Baby Photo Competition.
Entry to the contest is free. Simply take your child to professional portrait photographer Andrea Powell who is taking pictures in the Green Room at the Guildhall until Saturday (September 7) from 10am to 4pm each day.
Parents will then be invited back in the days that follow to choose a snap of their little one to enter into the competition and will also be offered the opportunity to buy a selection of prints, although they are under no obligation to do so.
A shortlist of babies, aged 0-17 months and toddlers aged 18 months to 36 month old, will then appear in the Observer when readers will have the chance to vote for their winner in each category.
First prize in each category is an enormous 20in x 24in framed canvas wall portrait of your child (worth at least £200).
