Worcester Editorial 18th Jul, 2019   0

THE CANDIDATES to fight the Claines by-election for a seat on Worcester City Council have been revealed.

The seat has been vacant since the death of former Coun Stuart Denlegh-Maxwell at the age of 60 last month.
