Body found in Severn is missing city student

THE BODY of an 18-year-old man which was found in the River Severn has been formally identified.

West Mercia Police have confirmed the body is that of the missing city student Alessandro Frumenzi who entered the water from Sabrina Bridge on Saturday (June 29).

His body was recovered from the water at Draycott near Kempsey on Monday (July 1)

The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
