YOUNGSTERS at Blessed Edward Oldcourne Catholic College welcomed charity chiefs from the Rheumatoid Arthritis Society into school to hand over a cheque for £250
To mark national awareness week of the condition, form 7C welcomed voluntary co-ordinator of the Worcester branch, Donna Saunders, to receive the cash.
The form have undertaken a variety of fund-raising events to raise money and between them decided on which charities to support.
Maisie Milward in the form had suggested the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society as her mum Zoe suffers with this condition.
Donna, Zoe and Maisie all explained how their daily lives are affected and the form were able to ask questions to improve their understanding.
