A FUNNY, touching and occasionally gut wrenching film on body image will be screened at the Odeon Cinema on Foregate Street.
Worcester Belles WI is hosting a one-time screening of the film Embrace on Monday, June 26 from 6.45pm.
Embrace is a life changing documentary which has at its heart Taryn’s story and how she went from a body hater to a body lover, from being devastated by her perceived ugliness to proudly posing nude for the whole world to see.
Embrace uncovers why poor body image has become a global epidemic and what women everywhere can do to have a brighter future.
Taryn travels the globe talking to experts, women in the street and well-known personalities about the alarming rates of body image issues seen in people of all body types.
Unlike a traditional film showing, the event requires 62 tickets to be reserved in order for the screening to occur.
Tickets cost £9:75p with a 75p booking fee but no-one will not be charged until the minimum number is reached.
