A MAJOR arts project which celebrates the county’s best young artists is being launched at Worcester Cathedral.
Worcestershire County Council’s 18th Voices and Visions exhibition will be open to the public from Saturday, May 13 to Sunday, June 11 at the Cathedral.
This year, the theme of the project is ‘Our Generation’ and will feature art work from more than 50 schools across the county.
The project is funded and delivered by the County Arts Service and is supported by the Worcestershire Arts Partnership and the National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts.
Steve Wilson, county arts officer, said: “I’m really looking forward to seeing the exhibition and seeing the fantastic quality of work from our schools. For any project to be running for 18 years is a great achievement.”
