MARRIED couples across Worcester are being invited to renew their wedding vows at Worcester Cathedral on Valentine’s Day.
Devoted husbands and wives will be able to re-commit their relationship to God on Tuesday, February 14 at the special service, where there will be traditional wedding hymns.
Sam Setchell, from the Diocese of Worcester, said: “Whether or not you were originally married in a church, and whether you’ve married recently or are celebrating a special anniversary, you’re welcome to come and renew your vows in the Cathedral.
“It’s a great way to start the celebrations of St. Valentine’s Day.” The service will run from 7pm to 7.30pm and Fairtrade chocolate hearts will be given out at the end.
