Worcester woman banned from Teme Road as part of criminal behaviour order

A WORCESTER woman has been handed a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) for continued anti-social behaviour in the community.

Victoria Biddle, aged 31, was handed the order at Worcester Magistrates’ Court after breaching the terms of a Community Protection Notice (CPN).

Served on October 30, 2015, the CPN stated Biddle must not be in possession of an open vessel of alcohol on Teme Road, Worcester. This condition was breached on April 6 this year and she was subsequently charged.

The three year CBO prohibits Biddle from:




1. Behaving in any manner that causes or is likely to cause alarm harassment or distress, including (but not only by)-

a) shouting, swearing and acting aggressively


b) banging on doors, making threats and intimidating others

2. Entering Teme Road, Worcester

3. Consuming alcohol or being in possession of an open vessel of alcohol, in a public place, save for premises licensed for the consumption of alcohol
