Film stars’ costumes will be on show at Cathedral

AN EXHIBITION featuring more than 30 period costumes from British film and television will be displayed at Worcester Cathedral.

The exhibition, which will run from Monday, August 1 to Monday, August 29, will feature 35 costumes from Downton Abbey, Mr Selfridge, Far from the Madding Crowd, The Scandalous Lady W, The Crimson Field, Wolf Hall and The Danish Girl.

It will include costumes worn by the stars, such as Cary Mulligan, Natalie Dormer, Eddie Redmayne and Damien Lewis.

The exhibition will run from 10am to 5pm from Monday to Saturday and 11am to 4pm on Sunday.




Tickets can be pre-booked by calling Worcester Cathedral’s office on 01905 732900 and cost £6.50 for adults, £4.50 for children and is free for youngsters under five.
