Worcester man handed Criminal Behaviour Order

A WORCESTER man convicted for assault has also been handed a Criminal Behaviour Order.

Mark Walker, of Rose Avenue, appeared at Worcester Magistrates’ Court and was sentenced to nine weeks custody, suspended for 18 months, for the assault which took place on April 4.

The three-year Criminal Behaviour Order was also granted for his involvement in anti-social behaviour (ASB) in the Tolladine area, which included causing significant ASB in the area, loitering in the street, acting aggressively, drinking and being verbally abusive.

The Order will be in effect for three years and prohibits the 25-year-old from:




1. Using foul, abusive or insulting language, or being aggressive, threatening or intimidating in any public place or place to where the public has access

2. Consuming alcohol or being in possession of an open vessel of alcohol in any public place save for premises licensed for the consumption of alcohol


3. Entering Birch Avenue, Worcester

4. Contacting the victims directly or indirectly,

5. Loitering outside the victims home address or being in the street, whilst in a group of more than 3 people between 12pm and 9am.
