A WORCESTER man has been handed a Criminal Behaviour Order for anti-social behaviour.
Thomas Raymond, of Rose Avenue, was handed the three-year order at Worcester Magistrates Court on Monday (May 16) on the back of a burglary conviction he received in April.
The 23-year-old was involved in anti-social behaviour which included gathering in the street, riding motorbikes and cars up the street, causing noise nuisance and using abusive language to residents.
The Criminal Behaviour Order prohibits Raymond from:
1. Using foul, abusive or insulting language or gestures.
2. Being aggressive, threatening or intimidating in any public place or place to where the public has access.
3. Climbing on any buildings, scaffolding or outbuildings.
4. Driving a motorised vehicle in a manner that causes or is likely to cause any person alarm, harassment or distress.
5. Loitering outside his home address or being in the street in Rose Avenue, Worcester in a group of more than three people between 12pm and 9am. This excludes when he is with those who also reside at the address.
