Witnesses sought after arson in Dines Green

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following an arson attack on a shed in Dines Green.

The incident occurred at some point between 8.45am and 11.30am on Tuesday, April 26 on Hathaway Close.

A neighbour informed the residents of the property, who were out at the time, that their shed was on fire and was spreading to the house.

The shed and its contents have been completely burnt out, with the kitchen windows and flooring sustaining significant damage.




There is also damage to the bedroom at the rear of the property.

Police are keen to speak to anyone who saw anything suspicious at the time of the incident. Officers are particularly keen to speak to a man wearing a red checked lumberjack style jacket who was seen in the area at the time.
