A DANCE company is looking for performers to take part in its upcoming film project in Worcester.
everyBODY dance is seeking four performers with physical or learning disabilities, sensory impairment or a mental health condition, as lead artists in their new ‘Progress’ project from Wednesday November, 18 to Monday November, 30.
The project will involve a participatory film and workshop for disabled and non-disabled people of all ages, supported by The Heritage Lottery Fund and produced by everyBODY dance, in collaboration with the city’s George Marshall Medical Museum and The Infirmary Museum.
The performers – who will work across three days – will work with the artistic team on a day long tour and exploration of the museums and their collections, followed by a creative two day film shoot of improvised movement material.
