A WOMAN was left with minor injuries after she was hit by a taxi which then drove off without stopping.
The incident happened about 6.20pm on Friday (February 13) in Park Street.
The vehicle, thought to be a black taxi, collided with the woman, aged in her 40s, after coming from the direction of Stanley Road and then turning down towards Park Street.
The victim sustained minor injuries which did not require hospital treatment.
