Snow warning issued for county

A WEATHER warning has been issued by the Met Office which is forecasting wintry showers to fall across Worcestershire, starting in the next few hours.

According to the Government department, snow and rain will fall from about 6pm this evening until the early hours of tomorrow morning.

A yellow warning has also been issued for ice, wind and fog.

According to the Met Office, snow from Wales is expected to fall across the Midlands on Tuesday evening and night, continuing into Wednesday morning.




There could be 3cm to 8cm in places and even more on higher ground.
