A TOTAL of £12,000 worth of tools have been stolen from a building in Warndon.

The burglary happened between 5pm last Friday (September 19) and 7am the following morning at Bridgewater House on Blackpole Road.

PC Chris Royle said: “I’m appealing to anyone who witnessed this burglary or has information to contact police. I would also like to hear from anyone who knows somebody that has come into possession of a large amount of tools.

“The amount of tools stolen suggests multiple offenders were involved with this burglary and possibly exited the premises towards Sadlers Walk.

“The victims were small business owners who had left their tools within what they believed was a secure premises overnight.”

Anyone with further information can contact police on the non-emergency number 101 or by calling Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
