A SAFE containing an undisclosed amount of money was stolen in a burglary at a city nursery.
The theft took place at Sunnyside Nursery on Barbourne Terrace between 6pm on Monday (May 12) and 7.30am on Tuesday (May 13).
Some of the money was later recovered on Worcester Racecourse.
PC Dave Wood, who is investigating the incident, said:” If anybody heard or saw something suspicious in the area or surrounding streets during this time then please make contact.”
