A TEENAGER from Hertfordshire who went on the run after failing to appear in court has been arrested in Warndon.
Ashley Mitchell was due to attend Central Hertfordshire Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, April 17, in connect with a common assault offence in Watford.
The 19-year-old was arrested by West Mercia Police yesterday (April 29) in Shap Drive.
