YOUNGSTERS in St John’s showed how Christmas is celebrated in different parts of the world when they performed in their school’s nativity play.
Dines Green Community Primary School decided to tell the traditional Christmas story with a twist as pupils also learned about a variety of cultures and counties, including China and Australia.
The play, called ‘Christmas around the world’ saw children perform an array of songs and dances in front of proud family members.
Parent Jo Ewens said: “I loved the fact it was a traditional story with a twist and It was great to see the children enjoying the singing and dancing too.”
