AN UNINSURED provisional licence holder was stopped by police in Worcester this weekend.
Officers from West Mercia Police’s Operations Patrol Unit made the discovery when they pulled the BMW over yesterday (Sunday).
After reporting the driver, officers seized the vehicle as part of Project Verrier which targets those who cause most harm on the roads
While the project sees enforcement action taken against those who consistently offend, it also aims to educate motorists, motorbike riders, cyclists and pedestrians around the importance of road safety.
