Two men charged with attempted murder in Worcester

TWO WORCESTER men have been charged with attempted murder.

The charges were related to an incident which happened on Sherriff Street on Saturday (June, 1) .

Daniel Smith, 36, of Cranham Drive was charged on Saturday with attempted murder, criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 and possession of a knife blade / sharp pointed article in a public place.

David Smith, 34, of Raleigh Close was charged on Saturday with attempted murder and driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence.

The two men will appear at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court today.
