ASPIRING sports stars of the future can enjoy free sporting activities this summer thanks to Freedom Leisure.

The company, which runs the city’s three leisure centres, has taken the wraps off its multi-sport programme for children aged two to 18-years-old.

Sessions will run at 14 venues across Worcester up to Friday, August 23 and will include football, tennis, kwik cricket, soft play and more.

Matthew Rogers, Freedom Leisure’s active communities manager, said: “We are excited to see how many children attend these session this summer, as last year’s programme attracted more than 1,600 children.
