WORCESTER City suffered a narrow 2-1 home defeat against unbeaten league leaders Harborough Town.
City fell behind to Connor Kennedy’s goal before Harry Burns drew the home side level at Sixways Stadium.
However, Riley O’Sullivan put the visitors back in front with Chris Cornes’ side unable to find a second equaliser.
The result means Worcester sit ninth in the Southern League Premier Central table, three points outside of the play-off places.
Harborough broke the deadlock moments before the break when Kennedy blasted a powerful effort into the net via the aid of the post from the right-hand side of the penalty area.
However, Worcester equalised five minutes into the second half as Burns placed a shot into the top left corner of the goal from 15-yards out.
The visitors reclaimed the lead on 68 minutes when O’Sullivan coolly turned home David Kamara’s low ball in from the right.
Worcester are next in action against Alvechurch on Tuesday, November 25 with kick-off at 7.45pm at Lye Meadow.
