WORCESTERSHIRE Rapids will host the men’s and women’s teams a combined 11 times at New Road next season.
The men’s side will play all seven of their home matches at New Road with the women’s side to play all four of their home games at the same venue.
And the men last lifted the T20 Blast title in 2018, and finished as runners-up the following season, while the women’s side won the ECB T20 County Cup Group Two trophy in 2022 and the West Midlands Regional Cup the following year.
Worcestershire head coach, Alan Richardson, said: “T20 cricket often comes down to fine margins.
“Last year, we were narrowly edged out in a few tight games, but we played some excellent cricket and learned a lot.
“We’re ready to take those lessons into 2025.”
Women’s Rapids captain Chloe Hill added: “Playing all our home games at New Road is fantastic and will definitely inspire the team.
“The new competition format brings fresh challenges, but we’ve enjoyed great success in recent years and are ready to embrace the opportunities 2025 will bring.”
The men’s side begin their campaign away at Lancashire Lightning on Thursday, May 29 before hosting Yorkshire Vikings (June 1) and Northamptonshire Steelbacks (June 6) in back-to-back home matches.
And the Pears hos the Bears in a local derby on Friday, July 11 with the reverse fixture at Edgbaston on Friday, June 20.
The women’s side kick-off their season with a double-header against Derbyshire Falcons and Northamptonshire Steelbacks at New Road on Sunday, June 8.
New Road will also host a men’s and women’s double-header on Sunday, July 13 against Leicestershire Foxes.
Worcestershire will learn their County Championship and One-Day Cup fixture schedules on Tuesday, November 26 next week.
