THIS Morning viewers have slammed Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield over their treatment of a guest on Tuesday’s (October 26) show.
‘Demonologist’ Kelly Angel appeared to talk about her work which sees her go into people’s homes and collect all the ‘dark energy’. She revealed she had quit her job at Greggs
“When I go home I open the gates of hell and take the dark energy over,” she told the hosts.
While many didn’t believe Ms Angel, a number of social media users took to Twitter to criticise the popular pair for their tone and behaviour during the interview.
One wrote: “Holly is seriously interviewing a woman who thinks she collects demons and sends them to hell by opening the gates of hell. What a load of rubbish . I can’t believe ITV commissions this tosh.
“Irresponsible broadcasting. Just my opinion,” another said.
“Is there a serious side to this Philip says… she’s been serious since you started interviewing her but you both keep giggling,” a third said.
However another sought to balance the discussion and said: “You know what..if a demonologist can give someone a sense of comfort and make them feel a little better, then who am I to judge? I don’t personally believe in this stuff, but plenty do”
