Hits with a festive flavour

Worcester Editorial 11th Dec, 2018   0

LOCAL musician Jamie Knight will make a return to Huntingdon Hall this festive season for an evening of Christmas hits, the best in swing, a groove of soul, classic pop and plenty of lively rock ‘n’ roll.

Jamie will again be accompanied by the seven-piece Manuka Band which combines an eclectic mix of sax, trumpet, trombone, piano, bass, drums and the singer’s rich and inimitable vocal, featuring a line-up of highly experienced musicians.

“I’ve had a really busy year performing with the Manuka Band, but of all the venues and different genres of music we play, the annual Christmas Show at Huntingdon Hall is my favourite. As ever, we’ll be playing a selection of popular Christmas songs plus a mixture of swing and pop classics,” Jamie said.

With a repertoire ranging from classic swing through 60s rock ‘n’ roll and 70s and 80s pop hits right up to present day chart toppers, Jamie Knight and the Manuka Band will rock audiences socks off on Saturday, December 22 from 7.30pm.

Tickets are £18 and available from the Worcester Live Box Office on 01905 611427
