A NIGHT of Roxy Music and Bryan Ferry is on offer at Huntingdon Hall when Roxy Magic visit Worcester.
The group is is the UK’s best and longest-running tribute to Roxy Music and Bryan Ferry.
They recreate entirely live material that spans four decades, from futurist/nostalgic art rock, through classic standards to sophisticated adult-oriented rock.
Their aim is to give the audience a fabulously entertaining evening. High quality musicianship and a wonderful Bryan Ferry look- and sound-alike in the person of singer Kevin Hackett combine to do just that!
Roxy Music – formed in 1970 by Bryan Ferry, the band’s lead vocalist and chief songwriter, and bassist Graham Simpson – pioneered the way in glam rock and punk music.
Rolling Stone ranked Roxy Music No. 98 on its ‘The Immortals: The 100 Greatest Artists of All Time’ list. With such fabulous songs as ‘Oh Yeah’, ‘Love Is The Drug’ and ‘More Than This’, it’s not difficult to see why!
