Gold on the game - Saints - The Worcester Observer

Gold on the game - Saints

Worcester Editorial 17th Nov, 2017 Updated: 17th Nov, 2017   0

WARRIORS return to Aviva Premiership action tomorrow as they look to use the attacking momentum picked up in Europe and the Anglo-Welsh to kick-start their campaign.

Winless Worcester can take comfort in the fact that Gold is back at the helm after a month away with family in South Africa.

But still yet to win a game in the Premiership this season, the club will be desperate to put the Saints, who have four wins from seven, to the sword in front of their home fans.

With the amount of injuries Saints currently have (eight) and with six players away on international duty this weekend, does Gold think Warriors will have the advantage?

Is the Worcester chief confident his side can still avoid a relegation scrap?

And what does skipper Donncha O’Callaghan make of tomorrow’s opponents?

Kick-off at Sixways is 1pm.
