DEFENDER Darren Campion has had his contract terminated at Worcester City after just three months.
The former Hednesford Town captain signed for the Blue and Whites in the summer and had started all five of their league encounters this season.
But Campion has told joint managers Carl Heeley and Matt Gardiner he is unhappy at the club and wants to leave to ‘pursue options elsewhere in football’.
It is expected he will join a National League North rival.
The news comes on the same day Hednesford manager Rob Smith and his assistant Larry Chambers left the club to move to AFC Telford United.
