Recruitment event for health professionals across the county

HEALTH professionals across Worcestershire are being invited to a recruitment event for the county’s three hospitals.

Set to take place from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, October 1 in the Charles Hastings Education Centre at Worcestershire Royal Hospital, the free event will showcase opportunities for roles at the Alexandra, Kidderminster and Worcestershire Royal.

Roles will be available for registered nurses, advanced nurse practitioners, midwives and aspiring healthcare support workers.

Visitors will also have the chance to chat to staff to get information on opportunities within medicine, surgery, women’s and children’s services, theatres, outpatients and clinical support roles.




Lisa Miruszenko, deputy chief nurse at the trust, said: “Whether you are working for another trust and looking for a change, thinking of coming back to the profession or wondering about embarking on a caring role within the NHS, this is the event will have something for you.

“If you are currently working as an advanced nurse practitioner and considering a change then we are also interested in discussing what the trust can offer you.”


Registered nurses can be interviewed on the day for a band 5 position, if they apply first online at NHS Jobs via www.jobs.nhs.uk/ searching for vacancy reference 365-WAHNT1519-4 (closing date Thursday (September 22).
