POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself in front of two 11-year-old girls in a Worcester alleyway.

It’s believed the incident took place at about 3.15pm on Tuesday (March 22) when a man walked towards the two girls in an alleyway leading from Wigton Place to Kentmere Close.

The man then exposed himself before running away in the direction of Kentmere Close.

The suspect is described as a white man, aged between 30 to 50-years-old.

He may have had a beard or stubble on his face and was wearing dark-coloured tracksuit bottoms and a light blue or grey coloured hooded top.

The suspect had the hood of his top over his head and had pulled the tassels of the hood tight across his face.

At the time of the incident, the area would have been busy with parents collecting children from nearby Fairfield School.

West Mercia Police would now like to speak to anyone who was in the area and may have witnessed the incident or may have seen the suspect before or following the offence taking place.

Anyone who may have information is urged to call the police on 101, quoting incident number 597s, and ask to speak to PC Andrew Todd.

Alternatively, information can be given anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their website.
