GARDEN tools were stolen from a shed in St John’s. Overnight on Tuesday, September 13, thieves removed a Black KONA Mountain Bike, a Black and Decker Circular Saw, Bosch Jigsaw and a Drill before making off in an unknown direction.
A BRICK was thrown at a rear window and smashed straight through to the front windscreen. Two unknown offenders approached the secure unattended Vauxhall Zafira car parked on Drake Avenue in Dines Green at around 9.45pm on Tuesday, September 13. The suspects described as lads wearing dark hoodies were seen running away from the scene Marlow Road.
A WOMAN’S purse was stolen from her bag while she was in a charity shop. The incident occurred at around 2.10pm on Saturday (September 3) at Age Concern on Mealcheapen Street.
AN IPHONE 6 was stolen from a woman’s back trouser pocket while she was shopping. At around 4pm on Friday (September 2) a woman was shopping with her family in Tesco Express on Foregate Street when she placed her Apple iPhone 6 in her pocket and offender(s) unknown pulled it out and stole it.
TWO charity bags full of unwanted clothes were stolen from a house on Beckett Close on Monday (September 5) evening.
A BIN was set on fire outside Tesco Express on Foregate Street. In the early hours of the morning on Sunday (September 4) unknown offenders approached a large red Biffa refuse bin and set fire to it, causing damage to the paint, plastic lid and burning some of the rubbish inside.
A ROCK was thrown through the front window of a kitchen on Byfield Rise overnight on Monday (September 5).
