DON’T miss the opportunity to see the best of British comedy all on one stage in Worcester.

The Worcester Repertory company will be performing The Great British Comedy Revue at the Swan Theatre’s Vest Tilley Studio, between Wednesday (September 23) and Saturday (September 26) and from next Wednesday (September 30) until Saturday, October 3, at 7.45pm.

The show takes the audience through a journey of the country’s most loved sketches including the likes of Rowan Atkinson, Eric Idle, The Two Ronnies, Morcambe and Wise and Victoria Wood.

They have also prepared some more modern examples of the UK’s funniest moment such as Mitchell and Webb along with material written specially for the show.

The four performers, Ben Humphrey, Liz Grand, Rob Leetham and Gemma Martyn Smith, are aiming to show how even through the stress and hardships Britain has never lost its sense of humour.

They believe these sketches have kept the nation strong over the years.

The show is recommended for people 14 years old and above, tickets cost £13.50 and can be bought from the box office at Huntingdon Hall, by calling 01905 611427 or by visiting www.theswantheatre.co.uk
