Racially abusive teen given CRASBO

A ST JOHN'S teenager who racially assaulted a police officer has been slapped with a three-year Criminal Anti Social Behaviour Order (CRASBO).

Jeremy Moss, of Henwick Road, was handed the order at Worcester Magistrates Court last Thursday (August 28) after he was convicted of a racially aggravated public order offence towards the officer on March 3.

As well as the CRASBO, he was also handed a three-month jail term, suspended for two years.

The order prevents the 19-year-old from using foul, abusive or racist language or gestures or to be threatening, intimidating or aggressive towards anyone not living in the same household as ...
